Desulfovibrio desulfuricans subsp. desulfuricans strain MB is a whole-genome sequenced bacterium that was isolated from the rumen of sheep. This product produce restriction endonuclease DdsI and iron-sulfur protein and is capable of utilizing nitrate as well as sulfate during the anaerobic fermentation of lactate.

The KILR U2OS PD-L1 cell line is a stable, engineered target cell line to measure direct cell death mediated by immunooncology treatments (e.g. checkpoint inhibitors, checkpoint agonists, bispecifics, CAR-T, and more) via Antibody Dependent Cell-mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC), Complement Dependent Cytotoxicity (CDC), and Antibody Dependent Cell Phagocytosis (ADCP). This product uses EFC technology. The cell line overexpresses a ProLabel- tagged housekeeping gene. Upon effector cells-mediated cell lysis, ProLabel is released to the media, where EA in the detection kit produces an EFC signal proportional to the level of ProLabel released.
